Lead Supply Chain Analyst - SCA-2

Job Description
We have several openings for Lead Supply Chain Analysts, who will work onsite with our clients.
This role provides the opportunity to exercise your innovative, organizational, sales and leadership
skills. You will work with our clients to help drive improvement throughout their organization. You
will lead a team of consultants that will manage improvement projects designed to bring the greatest
return on investment to our clients. This role will be responsible for building a solid team of
consultants to support our clients by providing them with an ROI and customer service level that
meets and exceeds our client’s expectations.


Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering,
Distribution or Logistics Management
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
• Experienced in utilizing SCOR, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive
improvement in business.
• Consulting experience a plus.
• At least 3 years experience leading Six-Sigma projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations.
• A broad understanding of Enterprise Systems made by Oracle, SAP, Activant, and Infor.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects and hands-on experience in successfully
implementing new programs.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently and ability to work under pressure to
identify, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be knowledgeable in “Business Process re-engineering” to establish business strategies,
structures and processes.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop others.
• Must be able to travel at least 90% of the time.
